Two fleets

Not go-karts. Ride-on race cars, and that's the point.

Formula-style bodywork, checkered flags, a proper grid — at walking pace, on a closed circuit. All the theatre of race day, none of the risk profile that makes venues nervous.

Racer fleet — ages 5 to 10

Battery-powered single-seaters the child drives alone. Governed to walking pace, soft barriers on every line, crew on the circuit at all times. The photo they'll talk about all week.

Mini fleet — under 5

Smaller ride-ons with a parent remote control. The child holds the wheel; mum or dad steers from the rail. Toddlers get a lap of the same circuit, nobody stands at the fence watching.

Timings from a standard 250-guest family day. You get this document at sign-off, not on the morning.

T − 14 days

Site recce and circuit plan

We measure the space, check the surface and ceiling height, and send back a dimensioned layout with entry, queue line, pit and spectator zones marked.

T − 2 days

Fleet charged, crew briefed, plan signed

Cars serviced and charged off-site. Crew briefed on your venue specifics. Insurance certificate and risk assessment sent to your facilities team.

Load-in begins

One lorry, one lift or one loading bay. Floor protection down first, barriers second, fleet last. Ninety minutes, no drilling, no wet trades.

08:00

Circuit live, safety brief handed over

Your MC gets a thirty-second script. Crew take the gate, match each child to the right fleet, and hand parents the remotes for the minis.

08:00 — 17:00

Rounds run continuously

Eight-minute rounds, rolling queue, crew rotate on the half hour. Throughput around 45 riders an hour per circuit — the queue is where the toy-car prize bowl and flag bunting earn their keep.

Teardown and reinstatement

Forty-five minutes out. Floor returned as found, photographed and signed off with your venue manager before we leave.

Full circuit built with soft barriers across a sheltered blue sports court, families watching from the sides — **Fig. 07** — Standard circuit on one sheltered court, barriers only, no fixings

Standard circuit — technical specification
Footprint	One sheltered court (roughly 18 × 12 m) for the standard circuit. Compact 14 × 10 m build available for tighter spaces, at reduced throughput.
Surface	Level sports court, tarmac, concrete, screed or indoor tile. Gradient under 1:50. Grass and gravel are not suitable.
Ceiling height	2.6 m clear minimum indoors.
Power	One standard 13 A socket within 20 m. Cars arrive charged and run the full day on-board batteries.
Access	One lorry bay or service lift with a 1.2 × 2.4 m clear opening. No drilling, no fixings, no wet trades.
Set-up / teardown	90 minutes in, 45 minutes out. Floor protection laid first and lifted last.
Crew ratio	One crew member per four cars on track, minimum three on site. All crew first-aid certified and screened for work with children.
Insurance	S$5,000,000 public liability. Certificate and written risk assessment issued at sign-off, naming your venue as an interested party.
Ages	Racer fleet: 5–10 yrs, self-drive. Mini fleet: under 5, ridden with a parent on the remote control. Children below 90 cm ride the minis only.
Speeds	Governed to walking pace — about 5 km/h on the racer fleet, slower on the minis. Parent remote overrides steering and stop on every mini.
Noise	Battery-electric fleet, quieter than the crowd watching it. Suitable for malls, sheltered courts and residential grounds.
Wet weather	Outdoor builds pause above light rain. We hold a covered fallback plan on every outdoor booking, agreed at recce, at no extra cost.
